A composed washed lot from our own station, held under one reference from cherry to container. Thirty-five farmers supplied the cherry; the intake register, the drying log and the milling record all carry the same lot number.

How to read the bars.
The scoring scale for each attribute begins at 6.00, so a bar that looks half full is a strong score. Uniformity, clean cup and sweetness are clocked at ten when no fault was found at any of the six stations.
