Packaged goods carry your brand on every carton, so we coordinate backwards from the shelf: artwork approval, packing that survives the road, certificates for the destination, and a container plan that loads what the label promises.
From request to shelf
Four steps, none skipped.
Packaged work has more moving parts than bulk. The order of operations never changes, which is what keeps the last container as boring as the first.
Artwork and label
Ingredients, weights, languages and barcode are approved before anything is printed. Changes after printing cost containers, not emails.
Packing and shelf life
Materials are chosen for the route as well as the shelf, and the documented shelf life must outlast the longest leg by a margin both sides accept.
Carton plan
Units per carton, cartons per layer, layers per container. The plan is agreed in writing so the count on the invoice is the count in the box.
Certificates and loading
Health, origin and analysis documents are completed with the order, and the pre-loading check compares the pallet against the plan.

Before it ships
What a retail-ready export has to carry.
Packaged goods are rarely stopped for the product. They are stopped for the label, the dates or a missing certificate. We settle all five of these in writing before the first carton is printed.
Arabic for the Gulf, English plus the importer panel for the EU. We check it against the destination before the artwork is signed off.
Most buyers want at least two thirds remaining at the port of discharge. That fixes how late we can load.
Certificate of origin, health certificate where the goods are edible, and the conformity mark the market requires.
Carton dimensions, cartons per pallet, pallet height and whether the buyer needs ISPM-15 heat-treated wood.
Batch number, production and expiry dates printed where the inspector expects them, not only on the outer.
